You could come live in Alaska. Five acres. No electricity. No close neighbors but nearby ones (with kids! and goats! and chickens! and ducks! and dogs!)

Sounds pretty much like how it is up in McCarthy. Nearest neighbor is five miles away. Family got a few acres in Wasilla, haven’t built anything on it though.

Generally, it’s more remote down where I live than in the Anchorage/Palmer/Wasilla area. Though I do know there’s plenty of land on the outskirts. Like McCarthy. I have friends up there too.
